Booking Policy

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Guests MUST advise of intended Check-in time. Self Check-in is NOT permitted.

CHECK-IN is strictly between 3pm - 6pm every day. CHECK-OUT is 10am every day.

After-hours check-in between 6pm-9pm will incur a late check-in fee of $35.

Strictly NO CHECK-INS AFTER 9pm.

PRE-PAYMENT

Pre-payment of the first nights' stay will be charged at time of booking.

If payment for value of first night is declined, then the booking will be cancelled.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES & THEFT

We reserve the right to charge a security deposit between $100 - $250 at Check-in. In the event of any damages (including smoking in rooms) or removal of property belonging to Rhodeside Lodge, some or all of the security deposit paid will be forfeited. Security Deposit refunds can take up to 7 days.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Balance of Payment for the Booking will be taken on the morning of check-in.

Declined or invalid card details will result in Cancellation of the Booking.

INTERNET

Wi-Fi is available at the Lodge and is Free of Charge.

PETS

We are unable to accommodate pets at Rhodeside Lodge.

CHILDREN

Children can only be accommodated in our 2 and 3 bedroom units.

PARKING

Free private parking is available on site.
